THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How much is the shipping?
    We offer free shipping on all orders across the United States.
  • How soon will my order ship?
    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3-4 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@kuroshpersianrugs.com.
  • What carrier do you use for shipping?
    Mostly we use FedEx for shipping across the United States. Sometimes we will use different carriers if the order is to be shipped to further areas. We will send you an email with the carrier's name and the tracking number once your shipment is booked.
  • What if my order was damaged during shipping?
    If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@kuroshpersianrugs.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number at support@kuroshpersianrugs.com. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has shipped, customer will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
  • How can I return or exchange my order?
    We accept returns of undamaged products for full refund or exchange within 20 days of original purchase. Items received after 20 days will be refunded via store credit. ​Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please send us an email at support@kuroshpersianrugs.com
  • How can I book a free consultation?
    We offer 40 minutes virtual consultation with Mr. Kurosh to ensure the process of choosing the rug of your dreams is easy and seamless. Please book your free virtual consultation below. If you would like to have an in-person consultation in our showroom, please make a note on your booking. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@kuroshpersianrugs.com.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    Yes! We have a showroom in Bloomington MN and we would gladly walk you through and show you our wide selection of Persian, Antique and Oriental rugs. We are open by appointment.
